Just wanted to update the conditions on Margarethe for anyone thinking of heading there this weekend. What a difference 36 hours has made. Yep checked it yesterday and it was only open about 30 to 50 yards all the way around. It is supposed to hit th high 50's tomorrow and if we can get some wind maybe it will be ready for Saturday but those water temps will be pretty chilly still. Probably have to chase Walleye on Houghton for a week ...
