I looked and looked through all my stuff and did not find much used stuff Im not using . I do have a St Croix Avid 6 foot 6" rod that would work well for jerk baits , jack pots and such . Most of us like longer rods, however I used this rod for 6 years. I also have an ABU Garcia 5500 that needs a pi...

I use two dipsy rods for trolling. As Will stated Dipsy rods work fine for trolling. I have used Daiwa Black widows and Heartlands in the past. I have Shimano Taloras now and they are tops in my book for a 10 foot out rod. I also use shorter 7 foot rods in the prop wash using those dipsy rods to mov...

16 foot Campion Explorer

Hi all, My father in law has decided to sell his 2003 Campion Explorer center console Fiberglass boat. It's in Mint condition and has very low hours. Honda 90 hp 4 stroke is the quietest engine I have ever heard on a boat. Has two sets of tracks so is ready for Lake St. Clair trolling or Jigging, an...

Re: Mona Lake?

Any body fished for ski's on it. Have heard about some action from a landowner on it Thinkin about tryin it this year. Mona lake has a very small population remnant from 75,000 fry that were stocked many years ago 1996 I think. I live very close to it and we dont waste our time fishing it as there ...

Sweet looking baits Mike! Just out of curiosity, will you have any of the Rock-It Shad's at the banquet? No I wont. I don't have the wood right now. I need to get over to my Sawyer and get another load. Right now Im fighting with my scale on how much they weigh. Yesterday the scale said 5 ounces. T...

I just took some pics a minute ago however a lot of the stuff is still on the racks drying. I do have the new hybrid and the new glide but the best news is the new ROCK-IT Shad is now in production. This little bait is designed for jigging vertical and should be a good choice for the Detroit river i...

Michelle and I will be there with about 50 baits. 20 Stubby Slashers and 20 Fat Shads in a bunch of colors. Also 6 of the 7.5 inch Mag Shads. We will also have a couple of new Rock-it Shad vertical jigging lures. I only had time to make two of those. We will have our new Mag Stubby (Grub tailed Slas...

Well , Rebuilding the Antrim chain would be first on my list. COULD USE 50,000 of them up there. Indian river system, and Saginaw Bay rivers. On a side note they could put 500 in Big Blue Lake in Muskegon county  . I also echo Mayhem , Muskegon, White , Macatawa, Pentwater and on up the coast....

W e bought two. One broke the other is fine. We just shortened the one that broke. James offered to replace it and we didn't even have to send to old one back. Ours were the 9 foot telescoping ex heavy but not the heaviest one he sells. I like them fine. Not bad for the money. Mike
