Re: Musky Senimar

Jason, I enjoyed the seminar yesterday. Thanks for posting the info. Tom Dietz was excellent. Other then the insane number of people there, it was great. Glad to hear he'll be spending time on Murray. Charlie haha yea, still a little busy there on the weekends. Last week slowed down quite a bit, bu...

I basically throw regulars around the opener, mags in May/June and then Pounders from then on. Cisco, black/orange, walleye/white tail, walleye/orange tail, and sucker will mainly cover the colors.

I was in the new cabelas today and was kind of suprised at the musky selection. Pretty much any backtail/double ten youd ever need. You might want to check out the bargain cave at Cabela's as I think there is a Musky Innovations rod in there with just a broken tip on in. That might be your best bet as it will be on sale and then all you would have to do is replace the top line guide (which will only be $5 or so).

Definitely the best banquet I've been too. The food was amazing, the room was perfect size, items were going for high prices, and the DNR panel was a great idea.

Here are some goodies I got from the swap today. Monster squirko, 12" suick, and a small/wood pacemaker. Definitely was a cool event and hope to see it grow in the future.

Filled mine out and will forward it to a couple fishing buddies as well. I didn't like how question two didn't have a '100% Catch & Release' option. "2. In the past year, what did you normally do with the legal-sized muskellunge you caught in Michigan? (Please choose one answer.) In the past year, w...
