I check out a lot of people on:

http://www.resellerratings.com

If he is on there you can see some information about him. My experience with anything that seems to good to be true is that it usually is. The good components that are required to hold up to a musky cost money and you get what you pay for. I would rather have 10 good quality baits vs 20 that may not be able to hold up to a good fish. There are some good baits that are inexpensive like Johnson Silver Minnows and Shad Raps and they work great. Good Luck!

I've bought from him once. The lures I received seem very stout. So far, no complaints. Sharp hooks, good variety of color, and they all run true in the water. Haven't caught anything on them yet, but by the looks of them, they'll hold up to a ski no problem.

They are made in China if that makes a difference.

Lureless- Are you sure they are made in China? I thought the guy was from MN. Pete LeBaron will know for sure... he'll be back from the UP soon to comment I'm sure.
What I can say, that I know from using the Super D's, is that I like them better than Bulldawgs. I just think they are constructed better and swim better. I think this is a rare case of something that is true even though it seems to good to be.

Mine came with a made in china sticker on one of the hooks or body??. So I am guessing it's right. Don't know how else it would have got there.

Yup, actually bulldawgs and superD's were molded at the same factory in China up until pretty recently. All the tackle booty stuff seems to be made real well (with the possible exception of super cisocs which I haven't used). The company's owner is a chemist from Minnesota, and really puts in a lot of effort to make good stuff with low margins (Grunts are also his). Shallow and 'pounder' superD's are in the works.
