I could've sworn that when I was shopping for my last reel, that I found an Okuma IDX 400 with an option for a 6.2:1. I haven't been able to find it since. Maybe I was dreaming?? Anyone else hear of one?

Abu Garcis Revo Toro 50 or 60 HS (HS stands for high speed). But you are giving up some torgue with the high speed gear.

I have been looking at this Abu Garcia 6.4:1 Toro reel and it comes with a power handle.

Hey, Ed. I've got one very similar to that. It's cheaper brother, actually. It's a great reel for zipping smaller bucks through the water, and brings in fish ok too. I brought in my 48.5"er last year on that reel while pulling a Mepps Killer. It's a love\hate relationship with that reel, though, especially if you're used to holding onto a big reel. The Revo palms nice, but if you throw anything with some weight on it, the spool is small, and it's hard to thumb it. Again, though, a great reel for smaller baits.
