Sorry to hear you have to sell it, Chris. You've been living our dream...

Tom, I agree, I have been living a dream. Nothing like being able to head out for a couple hours and catch a fish like this.

Chad, you are not far off on the age bit. It has been fun living here, but it is time for a change. Maybe I will be able to buy it back someday.

I'm sorry to hear that, Chris. I live in Kentwood, and I'll be willing to trade you straight up, if that's any closer to your wife's work. 2 stall attached garage, 1/2 finished basement, corner lot, cul-de-sac, fireplace, and even throw in all the stainless-steel appliances! [smilie=brows.gif]

If Chris agrees we have a legally binding contract right here in print.

Hopefully Jim could put in a multiple access docking system for all of his friends' boats.

Jim, I will save you the time and money, there is a boat launch with parking only a couple hundred yards away.

Since my wife is working in Ada, you are much closer to her work. I like the cul-de-sac, fireplace, and stainless-less steel appliances features, do your neighbors go to Florida in the winter?

Will, since our new president took over, unfortunately, contracts don't seem to mean much anymore.

No, there aren't any older couples around me who go to Florida. There are 4 upper 20's to mid 30's couples all around.
