So I recently relocated to Escanaba MI and was out driving around to find good shore spots to fish from. I come to a spot that I already knew to be a good one and I stop'd to just take a walk on the shoreline. as im walking I come to a creek that has a strong rapid at the mouth going into the big water, as I am standing there I notice a Pike about 30" long, then another swims to her side. All the sudden they both jump out the water over the rapids, jumping like they are Salmon! I sat there for over an hour and saw three more pairs do the same thing to spawn, some had to make several attemps to make it. It is going to be something I will never forget.
This was three weeks ago BTW.
Amazing Northern Pike story!
