Minn Kota Powerdrive. How did you route the transducer wire

Folks with a Powerdrive bowmount how did you route the transducer cable?
I just don't like the way you can't zip tie it along the shaft.

I'll take any tips I can get. 8)

I've got an old silver/black Striker Jr. The flash, wobble and side to side on that thing is unbeleivable.

But favorite lures are ones that catch fish. I saw nothing the only time I used it last weekend in IN. I won't give up on it yet.

Are speared fish supposed to be taken at legal size for hook and line? If so I wonder how many are speared and aren't actualy legal.

If outright banning spearing isn't possible and speared fish ARE supposed to be of "legal size", then I say we raise the limit on lakes that don't have a spearing ban ...

MMA member and access to other areas of the forum.

I joined MMA at the Milwaukee Musky Expo. That was a few weeks ago. They mentioned it might take 4-6 weeks for the first Muskie mag to show up, but I've not received 'anything' yet.

Which is fine as that will take some time to process etc.

I was wondering if I can gain access to the other member ...

reel repair? Also other Abu reel questions.

Anyone have a recommended reel repair shop/person?

I've got two reels with problems. Both 5500 C3's.
One when you push in the button hard it won't reingage. You've got to keep trying to coax it to engage.

The second if you stop the handle very abrubtly makes a clicking noise similar to the bigger ...

The OH lakes are what I had in mind.

I guess Pymatuning has a 10hp limit, yet is pretty darn big.
Leesville and it seems like another had a 10hp limit. I'd like to check out these lakes this year.

With only a 6hp motor that I can operate that would shure make for a long day of fishing on such a ...

Kicker engines and HP limit lakes.

On lakes with HP restrictions, is it kosher to only use the small kicker (assuming that fits withen the HP limit)?
Or is it a matter of not being able to even use a boat that has a higher HP engine on it?

Actually Vermillion sounds like a pretty good idea. Closer, all in US, smaller, and I've read some good things about it.

I'll look into it more. I'm also considering the eagle river chain in WI, but think that won't be as good fishing or picture esque' as the others.

WOW the rocks are 'that' bad huh. That makes me nervous. I just bought this boat I don't want to tear it up.

As far as equipment, my boat is a Tracker Pro Guide V16. 40lb thrust front trolling motor, 50hp 2 stroke, and by then I'll have either a 5, 6, or 8hp kicker on the boat.

Maybe if I could ...

That engine is definately a Mercury engine. They just had Tracker on the cowling ON tracker boats. I beleive if you can find a 98 Merc engine cowling you can just add that on and it won't say tracker anymore.

My guess is that because of this instance (hundreds or thousands of others) Tracker boat ...
