members only forum
my father just became a member and just got the figure 8 newsletter for april, but he wanted me to ask where the members only forum is and how he gets on it now that he is a member of MMA? Also, can I go to outings with him even though I am not a member but he is? Thanks in advance.

Re: members only forum
He needs to register on the forum. Once registered, he'll need to let us know that he's registered and what username he's using by sending a PM to Will Schultz or Cyberlunge. He will then be added to the group that is allowed access to the members forum.jasonvkop wrote:my father just became a member and just got the figure 8 newsletter for april, but he wanted me to ask where the members only forum is and how he gets on it now that he is a member of MMA? Outings and meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted.

PMs
sorry to keep asking questions about this whole thing, but recently I have gotten a couple of PM notifications in my email, but when I click on the link to view them it says I have no new messages. Is there something Im not doing right to view these?

Have you been to your inbox? To do this click the tab (shown below) to open the private messaging feature.

Sometimes if you are online and have a pop-up blocker you don't see the PM notification and the system thinks you have already seen the message. Your inbox is the only place to open messages to open a message it's just like e-mail.

PMs
yeah, I checked that out but nothing is in there or any of the folders. I dont know, maybe something is wrong with my email unless someone knows they were sending me some PMs

That could be my fault...
I sent one today that I intended for your Dad. I corrected the address after sending but before it was actually delievered. You probably got a notification but the PM was never delivered.
I'll send one to you now just to make sure it's working for you.
