Man,
I just caught the last part of this show last night that was talking about
freshwater monsters(alligator gar, lake trout, pike) and at the end it showed
some jaw bone that was found a couple years ago that experts say would
have belonged to like a 6 foot muskie.I just caught like the last 15 min
of it.Did anyone else see it??Looked like a cool show.

Did you guys end up seeing the whole episode? I saw it last night and it was a little out there especially the part about the 14 foot lake trout. I liked the part about the musky jaw that belonged to a 6 feet long and 70 pound musky. The really cool part was them fishing for alligator gar. a 110 pound fish is just an average size fish the guy was saying!!

I think an Aligator Gar trip may be in my future at some point. It would be a hoot to fish with Billy Bob... It doesn't get much more basic than using meat for bait... As long as he knows the holes, your stylin...

That guide who saw the "14 Foot Laker" has been in the bush too long... He was definately delerious After a full day on the water, fighting a fish for 6 hours and only seeing it at 2:00 in the morning in the dark, I am sure that 60 pound fish looked large, but 14 feet... I would be embarased to have somthing like that come out of my mouth...
