That's a great site; I've learned several knots from there.
I have the Fishing Knots as a shortcut in my browser:

Click on any knot to see it animated. Anyone using superbraid line (everyone here, I expect) should know the Palomar knot by heart; it's the best for tying terminal tackle to Spectra/Dyneema lines, IMO.
