MMA Banquet Related Request!!!

Post by Chasin50 »

Folks,

The deadline for pre-registration was yesterday. We greatly appreciate everyone who has sent in their tickets/payment to date. Looks like we should have a great turnout again this year!

However, for those of you who have not pre-registered, it would really be helpful if you could email or call me to let us know if you are planning on attending. We must estimate the total number of meals that are needed to serve all of the attendees. We pay for the meals whether they are consumed or not. In an effort to maximize our fund raising dollars, please let me know if you are planning on attending before Feb. 24.

This will greatly help us in preparation for this event.

Thank you,

Chad Sandy

So what should I expect when going? I've never been to this event, as I'm a new member. Guys bring their families? We are all (wife and son too) members now, but I don't know what to expect.

Chad,
Just wondering what some of the items are up for the silent auction and live auction. It was lots of fun last year and I got a lot of good stuff. I have a couple weeks to budget accordingly.
Thanks,
Tom
