Mania trolling leaders

Bought a couple mania trolling leaders,like 36",flash attractors,etc...found in my basement still in the packages.Tried one the other day......snaps are crap..IMHO....don`t buy..

Have had bad experiences with the snaps on their quick-strike rigs and the snaps breaking on hookset so I politely mentioned it to them at their booth at the Chicago Muskie Show a couple years ago and they said they switched to a new 150# type that is supposed to be good. I however switched my snaps out with a much thicker style and have had no breaks. The split ring is the only way to avoid a snap breaking, eliminate the snap altogher and it won't be an issue.
